WHY GO TO AMAZON FOR GARDENING?
Amazon is definitely worth checking out.
Their gardening catalog and third party suppliers cover a huge range. They've stocked just about every brand from every manufacturer at some time or other - from ride-on lawn mowing tractors to plant pots (although
out of season their seed and plant stock is extremely limited).
I'm delighted to see that Amazon's gardening catalog include my recommended but hard to find
Wolf Garden tools

So although Amazon are not gardening specialists, my advice is, check them out for tools and renewable garden supplies.
You'll find them competitively priced, and in my experience well-packaged and reliable with an order system that tracks deliveries.
Moreover, small gardening orders can be supplemented by the non-gardening items that you need, which may then qualify for free delivery. Look out for Amazon Multi-buy offer prices too.

Gardening catalogs' for plants, seeds,
fertilizers, pest control, tools - North America
NATURE HILLS NURSERY
N.H.N. has grown substantially from being specialists in trees and shrubs. They were always attractive but now even more - they're my top site of plant lovers.
In addition to seeds, they've added an attractive selection of organic plants, vegetables and perennials. This is great for gardeners who haven't been able to grow from seed.
Do you enjoy finding and growing less common species that are more often left out of gardening catalogs? There's often an interesting history behind them.
Well good news for plant lovers!
NatureHills Nursery have included these too - try this link.
DIRECT GARDENING
Generally beats everyone on price! and by some distance too
! I've checked. This is the
budget gardener's choice, useful for anyone planting new gardens and large areas.
An effective partnership of plant and seed suppliers - internet access brings volume demand to the nurseries and so
lower prices for 'down to earth' organic gardeners.
